Parent Zone's Parenting in the Digital Age online training for parents and carers has been specially created by experts in the field of online resilience and safety for children and young people.

The course consists of four films offering information and advice from Parent Zone CEO Vicki Shotbolt to help your child stay safe and feel confident in the online world.

Vicki is the official parent representative on the UK Council for Child Internet Safety and is currently co-chairing the government working party on promoting digital resilience in children.

The course has four modules, which you can take at any time and as many times as you want, comprising four films, and associated reading materials. It takes under 20 minutes to do in total.

Module 1: Online risk and harm.

Module 2: What makes some online spaces riskier than others?

Module 3: Tools to keep your children safer online.

Module 4: Digital Parenting.
