How do I keep my child safe online?

Parent Zone has been helping children stay safer online for over a decade and our experience tells us that knowledge is the best weapon families have in enjoying the opportunities of the internet age.

We create resources for parents, to give them the information to help their children be aware of the risks they may come across online. This includes knowing what to do if anything upsets or harms them, and advice to support your child if it does, so they can bounce back and continue to enjoy the benefits of the online world.

Check out our resources for parents, including our parent guides to apps and services young people love, such as Instagram, TikTok, Yubo and Snapchat.

What is digital resilience?

Digital resilience, also known as online resilience, is the ability to understand when you are at risk online, know what to do if anything goes wrong and learn from your experiences of being online, allowing you to recover from any difficulties or upsets.
