Lorraine Kelly's experience of the Confident Me workshop

Lorraine Kelly talks about her experience delivering the Dove Self-Esteem Project’s free in-school workshop

When Lorraine visited a school to find out how it feels to deliver a Dove Self-Esteem Project workshop, she was really pleased with the way pupils engaged with the session. Research shows that this 45-minute session helps boost pupils’ self-esteem and body confidence. [1]

The PSHE Association-accredited programme is available free to schools across the country to help boost students’ self-esteem and challenge perceptions of body image.

‘I’m delighted at the way the workshop went,’ says Lorraine. ‘Once you start doing it and the students respond, it just has a life of its own.’ Watch the video to hear more of Lorraine’s thoughts on delivering this workshop in schools.
