New Parent Zone Members Forum launched

28 April, 2020

We’ve added a new Forums section to our Member Area, to help professionals connect and discuss the issues they are facing.

The COVID-19 lockdown is constantly throwing new challenges at those of us who work with young people, and requiring us to think of new ways to support our networks.

Parent Zone membership, which is free until 19 June, offers schools, local authorities and family professionals a host of expert-written resources designed to remotely support young people and their families.

The Parent Zone Members Forum lets you connect with colleagues, share experiences and new ways of supporting the families you work with, and access help from our experts.

In the new section, you’ll find four individual topics to make it easier to find your way around:

  • Supporting families in the digital world: Whether you need to talk to a parent about a specific issue, or need help engaging parents and carers in the first place, you can ask for advice from a fellow professional or Parent Zone team member here.
  • What’s new for members?: Discover all the latest resources added to your Parent Zone membership.
  • What would you like us to cover?: We want membership to reflect the challenges our Members are facing, so here you can let us know if there’s anything in particular you would like us to cover.
  • Membership help: If you need help navigating membership or have a question about a specific resource, you can get in touch here and we’ll assist you.

To support our community through the COVID-19 pandemic, we’ve decided to make Parent Zone membership FREE until 19 June. Find out more about how your school or organisation can benefit from membership.
