Pupil sessions
KS1 & KS2
This fun and interactive assembly uses voting games to talk about what children do online, where they go and who they talk to.
They explore appropriate online behaviour, how to keep information secure and how to report if something goes wrong.
It helps meet the online safety in computing curriculum requirements that children:
‘Use technology safely and respectfully, keep personal information private; identify where to go for help and support when they have concerns about content or contact on the internet or other online technologies.’
KS3 & KS4
Getting the best from your online life
This session encourages pupils to think about where they go online, what they do and who they talk to. It explores the potential risks and consequences of online activity and how pupils can create a positive digital footprint.
Social media wellbeing
This session looks at research conducted on young people’s use of social media and its effect on their wellbeing. It explores strategies for looking after yourself and others online.
