Digital Schools of Excellence
Sharing what works and exchanging best practice is something we support and encourage amongst our members. Each month we showcase a school that is using their membership to the full, and exploring innovative ways to embed online safety and digital resilience across the curriculum.
Our members have access to a wide range of resources and support, helping them lead the way in developing a whole school community approach to promoting digital confidence and raising digital resilience in pupils, staff and parents.
Our Digital Schools of Excellence series enables other members to learn from and share in their great ideas and practice.
The Crewe crew
Leighton Academy in Crewe has been a Digital School since January 2016 and has fully embraced our primary resource, DigiDog. Developed to create a strong home school link when it comes to essential online safety messages, DigiDog has been introduced to Leighton’s pupils and used as a learning resource both in the classroom and at home.
