Lorraine Kelly helps boost pupils’ self-esteem

‘I look back on photographs of myself and I’d love to be able to say to that 14, 15, 16-year-old: “You’re doing just fine. Don’t get so caught up in worrying about what you look like.” ’

Lorraine Kelly has been working with the Dove Self-Esteem Project to deliver its PSHE Association-accredited workshop in schools.

She recently presented the 45-minute Confident Me workshop to pupils and here, she talks about why she feels the project, and boosting young people's self-esteem, is so important.
