UKCCIS (changing to UKCIS)

Parent Zone CEO Vicki Shotbolt and other members of the UKCCIS board talk about the responsibilities of companies to look after children online

Parent Zone is the official parent representative organisation on the UK Council for Child Internet Safety (UKCCIS).

UKCCIS membership is drawn from government, industry, law, academia and non-profit organisations, working together to help keep children safe online and build digital resilience in our young people.

Our CEO Vicki Shotbolt sits on the Executive board of UKCCIS, while our deputy CEO and membership manager Sophie Linington is a member of the Education Working Group. This means we are able to advocate for families at the very highest level about any issue that is related to children, young people and the online world.
