A new resource from Everyday Digital helps family-facing professionals run parent workshops about the risks of online mis- and disinformation.
The resource is free to download – and includes a guidance document and a workshop presentation that is very flexible, and can be adapted to be used in most settings. Games and activities to build critical media literacy skills
The workshop uses short and simple activities to encourage positive media literacy skills and behaviours. These can help parents think critically about content and sources online, be aware of risky environments, and think about offline consequences.
