‘Screen time', simply put, is how long we spend on some form of screen-based technology.

There’s always debate around how much screen time is too much – as well as whether some screen use is better than others. 

This week Vicki is joined by Pete Etchells, professor of Psychology and Science Communication at Bath Spa University to discuss ways of thinking about screen time and navigating screen use.
